If you purchased your WilderWild product through a retailer, please begin your warranty claim with the original retailer. If you purchased directly from WilderWild, or if you need additional assistance, please contact us through our Contact page.

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Photos of the product and the issue

• A brief description of the problem

 

This information helps us resolve your claim quickly and continue improving our products.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from regular use, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or perform recommended maintenance.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
