We want you to love your WilderWild gear, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • For items like Protection Tape, please roll it neatly; do not fold or bend.

To start your return, visit our Contact Us page and send us a message. We’ll provide instructions on where to mail your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item using our return process.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments. USPS offers reliable and efficient delivery to get your items to you promptly.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of being placed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

  • Please note that fulfillment times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Options 

We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping with expected delivery in 3 - 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary based on location, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Issues
  • WilderWild is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed over to USPS.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

  • For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with USPS and checking with your local post office.
