RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your WilderWild gear, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • For items like Protection Tape, please roll it neatly; do not fold or bend.

Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense. To start your return, visit our Contact Us page and send us a message. We’ll provide instructions on where to mail your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item using our return process.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of being placed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

  • Please note that fulfillment times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Options 
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 – 10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 – 5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available carrier rates. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available carrier rates.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. WilderWild has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost, as they vary by country.

Delivery Issues

WilderWild is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided with your order. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery office. If the package cannot be located, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
